C.FIT INTRO
C-Fit Intro is Carolina’s most beginner-friendly training
program. With sessions perfectly calibrated for an ideal workout, you’ll be able to jump right in with Carolina as your coach. Through gentle encouragement, thoughtful nutrition, and a relatively small time commitment, clients smoothly transition into a state of better health. Workouts are generally 20 minutes in length and a light to moderate.



In C-Fit Enhanced, Carolina’s fitness training, clients will access to a workout videos and window into Carolina’s exclusive techniques that are being prove for herself during more than 15 years. workouts require about 20 minutes . Carolina demonstrates more sophisticated techniques, where she want to show people to grow towards even more goals with less time. Learn Carolina’s best tips for optimizing nutrition to support your physical, emotional and mental growth. This workouts will require at minimun of 30 minuts daily and at least 3 times at week. The excersices are made to be performence in any space gym, home, park or the best preference of the client.
